Data synchronization #192

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 9 years ago

I tried to run mrannotator and found that there were no new data to be
annotated.

Found 4401 entries in dir
/dumpzone/pdb/pdb/data/structures/divided/nmr_restraints
Found 0 entries in dir /dumpzone/pdb/mr_anno_progress_nrg31
Found 4401 entries in database
Found 4319 entries in wwPDB dir /big/docr/NRG/wwPDB

In fact, it looks like 82 entries are missing.

The status logs showed that there should be 11 new entries:

2k0p
2k1d
2k7r
2k8f
2ke0
2ke4
2roe
2rog
2rol
2rou
2jzi modified

The sync was just late again. They're in now.
Opened sql connection:Wattos.Episode_II.SQL_Episode_II@6f34a7d8
Found 4411 entries in dir
/dumpzone/pdb/pdb/data/structures/divided/nmr_restraints
Found 0 entries in dir /dumpzone/pdb/mr_anno_progress_nrg31
Found 4401 entries in database
Found 4319 entries in wwPDB dir /big/docr/NRG/wwPDB
No annotated entries obsolete now
No 'in progress' entries obsolete now
No wwPDB entries obsolete now
Entries in progress: [0]
Entries to start anew: [10]

Except for the wwPDB entries. Are you going to do them on grunt? They must not
be populated for those 82
entries. Possible if our software fails on them too. Most likely the NRG
software processDOCR_FRED.csh in the
step doOrganizeForGrid was not done/failed. Could you try to redo the missing
ones? Are new ones properly
inserted?

Right now, I'm annotating on tang and doing an rsync to grunt. This is because
we want to keep the NRG going,
and we don't have wattos actually writing out the joinedCoord.str on grunt.
Eventually, we will get everything
running on grunt, but at the moment, we have other projects and issues to deal
with.
