I can't login to tang anymore #203

What steps will reproduce the problem?
jd:stella/~/ st
Connection to tang.bmrb.wisc.edu closed by remote host.
Connection to tang.bmrb.wisc.edu closed.
jd:stella/~/ which st
st:      aliased to ssh -XY -l jurgen tang.bmrb.wisc.edu

Reported before to Dmitri when also NRG was down. NRG is up again but this 
still is an issue.

Are you still unable to login? I can get in as docr. You might have to go 
through lionfish to tunnel through the 
firewall.

D. needs to enable the jurgen user or so.
when I login from lionfish I get the same message:

I can log back in.

D. what happened? Can you show Chris how to do what you did so we don't have 
these long down times?
