Remediated files general issues #241

This is just a reminder of issues remaining with the remediated restraint
files, following our discussion on Monday.

1. The coordinates should be removed and the header modified (Eldon)

2. The 'old' distance constraint saveframes should be removed.

3. The FC should be able to read these files. I will work on this, as it
can't currently read the Gen_distance_constraint saveframe (and that's the
one that will be in there). Shouldn't take long, will definitely be in the
next CCPN release.

Yes. #1 and #2 are handled after processing. The files hosted on the BMRB ftp 
and the wwPDB ftp are unique to 
their header and saveframe requirements.
