I modified this bit of code for an earlier problem - it now falls over because
of that, and because the author/software residue name is PROO, not PRO, in the
NMR-STAR file.
*** This is now fixed, but ONLY in the new SVN repository!! ***
This is now the new standard, the CVS will become obsolete, so good time to
switch. Just check it out following Wayne's instructions and change the
PYTHONPATH and CCPNMR_TOP_DIR environment variables to the new SVN checkout
location.

And that last comment was by me of course - apologies!

Wayne's instructions talk about something called "mammoth." What is that?
Should I go ahead and just use this?
svn co svn+ssh://USERNAME@mammoth.bio.cam.ac.uk/data/ccpn/svnhome/svnccpn

I'm getting, "Permission denied, please try again," when I try to check out the
new repository. It looks like either 'bmrb' is no longer a user, or our
password has been reset.
I've emailed Wayne Boucher about this.

You don't need anything from mammoth, that's all internal CCPN stuff, you just
need to stick with the Sourceforge SVN repository:

Perhaps good to update the wiki?
Should we check out just the stable directory or other branches?

Just stable!

I've update the wiki UpdatingCCPNapiForDevelopment for this issue.
Locally on my side however I am using the Eclipse environment because I had
like the ability to commit when needed.
The compile seems to work. My CING tests using CCPN apis are working fine as
well. I can 'fix' this issue and Chris can check it 'verified' when done.

I'm not going to set it to verified just yet. I've got the new ccpn downloaded
and I'm going to work with it today. Does recoord need to be updated?

Ok, so back to the original problem you noted. Am I correct to see that Wim
found a mistake in the STAR file ? Can you see if that's one for my plate?
Anyway, good that we switched already!

Thanks Wim! Everything works and has been updated.
