new version old version entanglement? #88

I annotated 2jsk and 2jsm with mrannotator in the new version of the software
(using swNMR31
etc). I set weeklyDOCR_FRED to check for the new stuff, it tried to process
everything from this
week instead of the two I just entered.

after swNMR31 did you do the wsetup again?
it sets a couple of paths too.

Yes. You need to set wsetup in order to run mrannotator.

my point was that wsetup needs to be done again after swNRG31.
Did this fix the problem?

yes. I don't even bother with wsetup until after swNRG31. I just logged on
again, typed swNRG31, wsetup, cd
$scripts_dir, weeklyDOCR_FRED.sh (do_checks _only is set to 1) - all 11 entries
were reported.

Typed wsetup again and then weekly... - same thing

So in weeklyDOCR_FRED set the entries you had like to process or it will do a
weekly batch.
I.e. uncomment:
#set subl = ( 1a4d 1a24 1afp 1ai0 1brv 1bus 1cjg 1hue 1ieh 1iv6 1kr8 2hgh )
if you just want those to be done.
Cheers

I think we are having a, "failure to communicate."

As far as I know "set subl" worked fine. What struck me was that I _only_
annotated 2jsk and 2jsm for the
NRG, but weeklyDOCR_FRED acted as if everything on the latest list of pdb
mirror entries needed to be
processed. That might have been what it was supposed to do. (In which case -
oops, sorry)

I guess it depends where it gets its default list. Perhaps we can close this
issue?
