Who does the 'authors' tag refer to in presetDict? #89

There is an 'authors' tag for many of the entries in presetDict.py. Does this 
refer to the original 
depositor, the annotator that entered the entry into presetDict, or the author 
of the software that 
generated the restraints data being refered to? It seems like Aart Nederveen 
has authored quite a 
few of these.

This is whoever put the mapping in the dictionary, or later changed it - just 
to make
sure that there is a record of who's been working on what.
