Add foobar2000 TAGZ syntax #42

Hello Developers,

I use this Notepad2-mod for ALL my editing tasks.
Unfortunately, I sorely miss syntax highlighting for complex scripting in 
foobar2000 music player. The syntax it uses is named "TAGZ" and has a passing 
resemblance to "C++" language syntax highlighting.

It would be heaven if you could add this feature to Notepad2-mod.

Hi. From the project webpage:

"If you find any bugs or have any suggestions for the implemented lexers (and 
not only) feel free to provide patches. Without any patches, you shouldn't 
bother making a new request as it probably won't happen."

You can try using an existent lexer for this job as this would be the easiest 
way to do it.
