Removed New - Text Document from the context menu in Windows 7 x64 #49

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Install notepad2-mod
2.reboot

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No more New, Text Document in the Context menu

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
4.2.25
Win 7 x64

Please provide any additional information below.

Just noticed this happening on me after every fresh install, I didn't know what 
was causing it until now.

I can't reproduce it so there something else that's messing up those registry 
entries for you. You can always check the installer script and see what values 
are added/changed.

PS. "4.2.25" means nothing without the revision number.
