IFEO replacement type & manually add syntax highlighting & multi-language support #56

1, can you add a option use "Image File Execution Options" to replacing windows 
notepad with notepad2-mod, then it will no need ant installer any more.
2, please support to add syntax highlighting by import from the syntax 
highlighting regular file like the *.esy (EmEditor Syntax File). you can find a 
lots of syntax highlighting regular file from the EmEditor Syntax File Library 
(http://www.emeditor.com/modules/mydownloads/viewcat.php?cid=10)
3, support multi-language interface, use external language file let translated 
to another language more simple.
