Intel C++ compiler support. #6

I don't know how to categorize this, it could be a feature enhancement task or 
a minor bug report.

The build scripts for building using Intel C++ Compiler (and I'd assume the 
project files too) don't expect that compiler but the one that comes with the 
Parallel Studio suite.

The platform toolset in the latest Intel C++ compiler (Intel C++ Composer XE as 
they call it now) is "Intel C++ Compiler XE 12.0" and the scripts look for 
"Intel Parallel Composer 2011".

It would be nice if they could handle a system where the C++ compiler is 
installed but not the Parallel Studio suite.

I don't have access to that so there's nothing I can do. I won't change the 
build scripts and I will definitely not going to add other projects for this. 
Feel free to change them locally to match your system.
