Allow compilation with MinGW #75

MinGW is an open source compiler for Windows.

It has been around for over 13 years.

We should be able to compile Notepad2 with MinGW, this way more developers will
get on board to help improve Notepad2.

I'm not interested in this. And MinGW won't help, believe me. The amount of
people willing to spend their time to contribute in an open source project is
unproportionally small compared to the people actually using that program. If,
on the other hand, the official Notepad2 becomes compilable with MinGW, then
probably Notepad2-mod will be too.

Ok then, I will be using SciTE from now on.

Well, everyone is entitled to their opinion. Prove me wrong and provide a
proper patch. BTW, this isn't something easy. MinGW has come a long way but
this doesn't mean you can build everything with it.

I know that its not easy. However, I am stuck.

1. I want build r724
2. r724 has not been built
3. I can build it myself
4. I do not want to build an open source program with proprietary compiler.
5. So I can either wait for new build, or go to another program.

It's pretty clear you don't get it so whatever use any program you like. Or you
could just ask for a build but hey it's easier to complain.

"you don't get it"

Theres not really anything to get. I want that build, it is not available. So I
can either wait for it or use another program.

"it's easier to complain"

I was making a suggest for MinGW, nothing more.

If it was so easy, I would have done it. Like I said MinGW doesn't allow you to
build every program MSVC builds.

You can use VS Express or WDK which are free and work fine. Otherwise provide a
patch if you need Notepad2 to be compiled with MinGW.

It's so simple.
