Standard Salesforce functionality puts the Phone from the Account into the
Phone field on the Contact. NPSP
workflow rules take a phone from another field, like Mobile, and if you select
Mobile as the preferred phone field,
that number gets written to the Phone field, overwriting the Account Phone.
If we wanted to keep the Account Phone, where should we put it? Work Phone?
