Usage of different source folders #121

I use different source/target folders for downloading torrents. E.g. a
source/target folder for the major private trackers that I use, and a
different set for the public trackers. This helps me to target the required
ratio for different trackers.

When adding a new torrent from ntorrent, it's not possible to select the
source folder and have rtorrent save the files on the appropriate target
folder.

Additionally, it would make sense for me to automatically label the torrent
based on the name of the source folder. E.g. all the torrents added to the
source folder called "isohunt" to be labeled with the same name.
