File tab does not auto-update

The file tab should show the progression of the file every time the line
for the torrent is updated.

If you have alot of files this could slow things down. I think maybe a separate
update mechanism for the file plugin is better than automatically updating with 
the
main torrent table.

yup i was thinking user customizable settings on this. letting the user choose 
the
update intervall or whether they like it to update with the torrenttable. 
Anyhoo,
have to implement the settings gui before this bug is a priority.

this depends on the settings framework. and also there are optimization concerns
involved with the refresh interval. leaving for a later release
