1.6.2 issues with jQuery 1.4.2 #479

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  use CDN http://ajax.microsoft.com/ajax/jquery/jquery-1.4.2.min.js  OR
http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.4.2/jquery.min.js
2. upload nyro 1.6.2 
3. demo at http://bit.ly/bmJNmj 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

When trying to enlarge the pictures, i get nothing - the link is blocked
and i don't get the nyroModal box either,

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

tries on FF3.6 and IE8.

any help appreciated, thanks

weird - now it seems to be working, after a restart of FF.

on IE there still seems to be something weird with the animation - if you could 
see
what the story might be - thanks again!

Everything seems to work great for me.
Tested with FF 3.6, IE8 and IE7.

You're using the default behavior, so there might be no problem.
Maybe there could be trouble with the rel tag you're using, but not sure about 
it.

If you only experiencing animation problem, it might be CPU related regarding 
the
cmputer.
