Tiger/Firefox,Camino: Unable to load the plugin, failed to load the objects #146

OS:Tiger (10.4.11)
Browser: Firefox,Camino
Chipset : ATY,RadeonX1600
O3D: 0.1.42.0

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install O3D: 0.1.42.0
2. Launch FF,camino and run any sample

Actual:
Unable to load the plugin
Sample loads but objects doesn't show up. only text and html elements are shown

Console log:

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Have to Load the plugin successfully and sample must run.

10.4 specific, not browser-specific. Came about when we switched our source 
trees around to move to chrome 
svn.  Working on a fix.

Fix checked in. I'll resolve when I've verified against latest build (busy 
transitioning between machines right this 
minute, so can't boot into 10.4).

OK I've got a pending checkin that fixes the NaCl problems (they have been 
specifying 10.5 in their GYP file).
It's approved but they need to check it in. 

Remaining issue is current drop of ICU library.
