error trying to convert file.dae to file.o3dtgz d3dx9_36.dll not found #177

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1.C:\Users\myuser\Desktop\O3D Proj\converter>o3dConverter.exe ..\assets
\<file>.dae

2. Now an alert pops up with the following message "impossible to execute
application. d3dx9_36.dll not found."

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

o3dconverter.exe release date 06 October 2009
Windows Vista Home Premium SP2 32 bit
Google Sketchup 7.1
DirectX 10

What hardware are you using:  graphics card type?  motherboard type?
Sony Vaio vgn-fz21E

gpu: nvidia GeForce 8400M GT 
Memory: 2GB DDR2 SDRAM
cpu: intel core 2 duo T7250

We'll need to work on documenting the requirements for the converter but in the 
meantime you could:
1. Copy d3dx9_32.dll from your 
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Google\O3D\extras 
to the same directory as the converter, or
2. Install the DirectX SDK from microsoft: 
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=b66e14b8-8505-4b17-bf80

I got the same problems, but i don't have 
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Google\O3D\extras this dir extra
