Can not load model with texture #236

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.I load a model with texture in samples,successful.
2.I build a model using 3dsmax9,and export it as dae file,then convert it into 
json file by o3dconverter,but get warrning:Could not find texture 
images/df.jpg,I am sure that the texture is exist and path is righ.
3.My OS is WinXP and brower is Chrome 9.0 beta version.
