1.click on  Install the Windows O3D Plug-in or
Install the Mac O3D Plug-in

What is the expected output? o3d plug-in download What do you see instead? 404 
link broken error

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

What hardware are you using:  graphics card type?  motherboard type?
