flag to reject multiple-group transaction #150

Feature request: Allow a flag that causes my application to break when I 
perform a multiple-group transaction.

The use case is as follows:  a developer understands the issues surrounding 
single and cross group transactions and has designed a data model, and 
corresponding transactions, that clearly identify where single and cross group 
transactions are necessary.  Recognizing the potential for coding errors that 
may introduce cross group transactions where they are not intended the 
developer wishes to turn on a flag that will reject cross group transactions.
