Distributed transactions support #74

GAE transactions are covered 95% percents of needs. But sometime we needs 
distributed transaction between 2 entity group. One of solution was represented 
at Google I/O

onLayerAppEngine.html. Daniel Wilkerson was mentioned about open source java 
implementation called tapioca (http://code.google.com/p/tapioca-orm/). I know 
about another one implementation it is slim3 library 
(http://code.google.com/p/slim3/). It will be good feature for objectify if 
this feature is implemented in Objectify.

This is covered with XG transactions (enabled by default when appropriate)
