It would be nice to just drop the 'no commercial use' cause of the license.
I realize this is probably something imposed by the University, but Omega is
currently of absolutely zero commercial interest. It is however interesting for
people (academic and non-academic) interested in programming languages.
Basically its an issue of; if this were under an OSI approved license I would
look at and maybe even play with the code. I only mess with code under non-OSI
licenses if I'm getting paid for it.

Got reply from Tim. At the moment he is on vacation, and will take care of this
issue in September by contacting PSU licensing dept.
