sleep: FM-Radio stops working

Could'nt find any fitting Issue, so opening new one.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Turn FM-Radio on when ear-plugs sticked in
2. make the screen sleep
3. Radio transmission ends with a loud "plop" after 3-5 seconds.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expecting the radio to continue, just like in WM 6.5 Radio.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1024mb/new zImage, Sensor updates

Same thing happens with the music player.

You cannot listen to music or radio, except if you keep the screen on.

I have tried and found out that the radio is not turning off if the phone is 
charging. Can you check that, maybe you will find a solution?

the same here, i have it installed in my SD Card, but there FM radio doesn´t 
stop when charging.

in beta3 (froyo) the FM radio app is missing!!, is just the app missing or it 
is not working in this beta???

if it is just the app, is there any chance to add it??
