power: the phone is not charging

-What steps will reproduce the problem?

1.Using a ext4 partition.
2.Aplicated all updates
3.Trying to charge it

-What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I'm using the Android at the last oficial update of WinMo

-Please provide any additional information below.

When it isn't charging, Android's battery status says that it is charging, and 
when is charging, the phone no charge!

had this also (EXT3 ), boot with charger connected seems to be working than 
just fine
