Suggested feature - use system proxy settings

Hi, here's a suggest -

Version of OOo2GD: 3.0.0
Version of Java: 1.6
Operating System: Any
Version of OO.org: 3.3.0
Is OO.org using Sun Java?: Y

What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Open "configuration" Dialog

Add kind of "use system settings" for proxy
Useful for laptop users!
