Toolbar name should not be "Add-On 1" #77

Version of OOo2GD: 1.9.0

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install OOo2GD in OpenOffice 3.1
2. The toolbar is entitled "Add-On 1" rather than something sensible.

It seems like you need WriterWindowState.xcu, CalcWindowState.xcu and
ImpressWindowState.xcu setup to override / set the name of the toolbar at
initialisation.

Happy to help. I believe this should work in 2.0.4 onwards, but I'm only just 
getting
into OOo devt thanks to looking at ooo2gd :-)
