1.9.1 does not show up / work but 1.9.0 does #78

Version of OOo2GD: 1.9.1
Version of Java: 1.6
Operating System: Ubuntu 9.10 
Version of OO.org: 3.1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Update from 1.9.0 *or* uninstall 1.9.0 and install 1.9.1 - No ooo2gd toolbar
3. Uninstall 1.9.1 and reinstall 1.9.0 - toolbar appears

(on a related note, should there be any menu entries associated with
Ooo2gd? I only see a toolbar)

What if you delete config file gdocs.lang stored in your home folder?

That works great - I removed the .lang file and restarted and now it appears 
again.
Then I changed the Java options to remove the GTK setting, and used the one in 
ooo2gd
instead - it works!

Maybe 1.9.1 should remove / recreate the .lang file when it is initialized or 
something.
