Download all documents as PDF in reports

Would like to be able to add a button on each report row that would allow all 
of the latest documents in a package to be downloaded in a PDF file.

We may want to consider this request, including "All latest documents" as well 
as "All Lastest For Party" (so that it's easy to gather all of the latest 
documents any given party saw).

Added a new report field called "esf_download_pdf_latest_snapshots" that can be 
added to a report. It will add a button to download all of the latest snapshots 
of completed documents as a PDF.

For other combinations, just click on the row to view the transaction details 
where you can select exactly which documents and versions should be in the 
downloaded PDF.

This will appear in the 13.8.10 release.

Also created a new report field called "esf_download_pdf_selected_snapshots" 
that can be added to a report to allow for the selection of which snapshots to 
download as PDF. This button also replaces the simple panel on transaction 
details page (via reports or tran search).
