To Do refresh after process a transaction #120

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have a transaction queued up in To Do.
2. Click and process the transaction.
3. Note that the To Do list is not updated.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
While not wrong, it would be nice to auto-refresh the To Do list when the user 
processes a transaction.  Today, the user must click the Refresh button.
