E-Signature process record not shown on multipage documents

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a multi-page document that displays an esignature process record.
2. Allow the signature field to be on page 1.
3. Have no signature fields on page 2.
4. Complete the document.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Since the document was signed on page 1, would expect to see the e-signature 
process record, but it is not shown.

Appears that this worked only when the signature field was on the last page.  
Fixed to allow it to be shown regardless of the page that has a signature field.

Fixed in 14.6.7 release
