Add a Date Action to configure custom logic actions #65

Need a way to set a date field to a past/future date, perhaps by adding N 
days/weekdays/months/years to a given date.

Creating a new CalculeDateAction that will allow various integer units to be 
added/subtracted from a Date or DateTime field.  Units are likely to be the 
same ones used in transaction retentions, and perhaps a bit more for DateTime 
where we can also add seconds, minutes and hours.
