Wallpaper not as expected

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.open gallery
2.choose image > set as wallpaper > specifying size
3.image is to far zoomed in landscape and portrait

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the correct sizes. wrong size

What version of the product are you using?
gb 2.3.4 with gapps 20110703

On what operating system?
Windows 7

Do you have logcat or dmesg ?
 (adb logcat -d > logcat.txt, adb shell dmesg > dmesg.txt)
no

What version of the *Official LG* Firmware were before using Custom
firmware ?
(V20G, V20D, V15x, V16x etc. )
unknown

Please provide any additional information below.
I already tried with different applications put the output stays the same. 
Sometimes the size is right but when restarting phone everything is back to the 
wrong size

I think this is minor issue and this is not OpenEtna/OpenEVE issue.
this is CyanogenMod issue.

So after trying with a few images i found out that the vertical stand of the 
image is well-centered (no problems there) but in the horizontal stand the 
picture is too high and to far zoomed in.

fixed it after a long search on the internet. By using the app "multipicture 
live wallpaper"(free) the wallpaper is normal again ;)
