"http://code.google.com/p/openeve/downloads/list" TO THE LATEST FILES ? IT
WILL BE EASER TO KNOW THE LATEST... THANK YOU MAN..

It is snapshot. It is not fully tested so it is unstable more than GB alpha :>

You can test it and you can bugreport it.

If you have no time to test it then just use boot-gb-110401-up.zip

new issue on the latest files
(update-gb-110414.zip/boot-gb-110414-ram.zip/system-gb-0330.zip)
that the power button works , but the menu button doesn't.
i'm sorry cause i dint't put an issue (using the first boot and updates) that
the home button is the same of power button action.

another issue , that the phone can not return back after sleep.the screen seems
to be ON , and the back/menu touch buttons are lighted , but no action.
another problem is when using (Arabic Lang) as input Lang in android keyboard.
there is no Arabic char's appears (still English even it appears Arabic on the
space button)
i don't know if those behaviors need to wrote as issues or not .

wkpark, I think it will be good idea to create a one wiki or issue where you'll
post links for all last version, updates and fixes because it's becaming really
hard to be up-to-date.
Thank you.

there's almost no difference about 2D/3D speed.

example) : try Quadrant bench just for fun. It's results are very random.

so.. It seems like that there is something AMSS modem related problem.
AMSS modem reserved memory is about ~20MB.

GW620/KH5200 has 256MB ram. 256MB - 20MB = 236MB is maximun usable area I think.

but with 236MB ram setting, sometime phone boot, sometime does not.
So I change the maximum available ram area from 224MB to 234MB. (+10MB)

Original comment by wkp...@gmail.com on 15 Apr 2011 at 10:27

GoogleCodeExporter commented 9 years ago
but why phone settings display 196 MB of ram?
another question: this system image + boot-gb-110414-ram.zip have last CM7
version?

Original comment by andreabe...@gmail.com on 15 Apr 2011 at 11:25

GoogleCodeExporter commented 9 years ago
this is not a system image. this is only boot+kernel zip
----
234MB - 12MB(pmem mdp) - 8MB(pmem GPU1) - 8MB(pmem adsp) - ~7MB(kernel) -
~5MB(android OS)

= ~196MB

i erase all partition that i can , the reinstall the overall beta
(system+boot-gb-110414-ram.zip+update-gb-110414.zip) leading to a full clean
install , then erasing cache. >> the first look is a stable system , but a
little CPU/Chip-set heating even the max cpu is 527 Mhz . i'll back soon

https://www.codeaurora.org/gitweb/quic/la/?p=kernel/msm.git;a=tree;h=refs/heads/
froyo_pumpkin;hb=froyo_pumpkin

msm.git repo pumpkin branch

but msm7x01a is not supported that branch,
some patchset is just for msm8x60 or msm7x27
so I have to checkout step by step.
