Add ability to backup Cyanogen or system settings #41

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It would be great if we had the option to click backup/restore the setting for
the system. This makes it easier to setup new ROMS.
Just an idea.

What version of the product are you using?
2.3 GB Cyanogen

On what operating system?

Do you have logcat or dmesg ?
 (adb shell logcat > logcat.txt ^C, adb shell dmesg > dmesg.txt)

What version of the *Official LG* Firmware were before using Custom
firmware ?
(V20G, V20D, V15x, V16x etc. )

Please provide any additional information below.

"click backup/restore the setting for the system" ??
u can do it easily by booting the clockworkmod recovery image, what you want
exactly ?

I agree, making backup can be done with clockworkmod or AmonRa recovery, so
there's no need to add such option.

I am saying to make an option to backup the SETTINGS not the entire phone.
There are many options to set in system settings which cyanogen mod is one of
the choices listed on the settings list.

Just like my pure calendar app, it has an option to save my customized setting
to the sdcard so the next time I restore my phone or something changes I simply
hit import/restore and instantly it's configured.

Titanium backup will do it for you.

What if I don't use Ti Backup?
Why add another app to slow my phone down to do something basic?
What I am suggesting is independent of another app.
