Missing speed dial option #46

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to add a speed dial using a contact #. You should be bale to hold down a 
# and it dials your assigned contact. I do not see any options to allow this.
2. You used to be able to on 2.2 and previous go into the contact then click 
more then assign speed dial.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Please enable the feature. It makes it safer and easier to use the phone.

What version of the product are you using?
2.3.3 gb

This feature is still in 2.2 but not 2.3gb.

I didn't even know that was an option in 2.2, I thought speed dial isn't 
available in Android at all.
