extract this file to C:\Program Files\OpenEtna
winFlasher\android-sdk-windows\tools
the connect your phone to debugging mode,then start update.bat, this will
reboot the phone , the check the LG IME option on setting>>Languages and
keyboards. this will be good .

You can't distribute XIM.apk. it is not distributable

Please check this file in your phone: /system/etc/NOTICE.html.gz

 * XIM.apk : NOT distributable
 * libxt9_jni.so : distributable
 * libatutohan_jni.so : NOT distributable
 * libDioHWR.so : NOT distributable

anyway, If you have different keyboard layout and If you want,
you can change/post your eve_qwerty_arabic.kcm(.bin) at this issue.

I have checked all other *.kcm, *.kl found in the arabic.zip (being deleted now)

 - *.kl have no difference with original *.kl
 - *.kcm is somewhat different between the eve_qwerty_gw620.kcm with the eve_qwerty.kcm included in the arabic.zip.

OK , can i re-upload my file Arabic.zip to 3rd party server??
the .kl files is the original from official 1.6 Arabic firmware . i uploaded
the files cause many times when modifying the *.kl and *.kcm files , i had no
working keys. so i put the original (100% working in my case)
the XIM.apk is also the original from official 1.6 Arabic firmware

You can't redistribute the XIM.apk even at the 3rd party server.

I recommend this method.
 1. DZDecrypt.exe to decrypt official LG firmware like as V10x.kdz
 2. unmbn System.mbn to get System.img / unyaffs it to extract img to get XIM.apk.

It looks a bit complicated. but there is no license issue with this method.

this is the KDZtool.

it contains
 1. KP500-Utils-EN.exe : KDZ => CAB conversion util. (cab contains *.dz file)
 2. DZDecrypt.exe : DZ => *.mbn
 3. unyaffsmbn.exe : extract System.mbn file. (win32 version. not cygwin version)

Please see the following comment #2 carefully.

http://code.google.com/p/openeve/issues/detail?id=50#c2

XIM.apk needs this three libs (already mentioned) and it must be installed
before use xim.apk
