Speaker keeps on

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Let the phone blocked.
2.The screen is off.
3.I go to the phone and I hear static

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

-I expected don't hear anything.// I hear some noise.

What version of the product are you using?

-OpenEve Alpha whit 20-04 and 21-04 updates.

On what operating system?

-Android 2.3.3

Do you have logcat or dmesg ?
 (adb shell logcat > logcat.txt ^C, adb shell dmesg > dmesg.txt)

-No, I haven't.

What version of the *Official LG* Firmware were before using Custom
firmware ?
(V20G, V20D, V15x, V16x etc. )

Please provide any additional information below.

I think the speaker off when screen is off will reduce battery consumption.

i think that is the battery first consuption problem... (i noticed this bug too)

nothing happened with a "killall mediaserver" from shell, the problem 
persists...
