Camera using battery long after used

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. use the camera to take a photo
2. close the camera program
3. wait a couple of hours
4. check settings>about>battery which shows camera as using a high percentage 
of battery 

in my case, I hadn't used the camera since unpluging the phone yet 27% of the 
battery was being reported as camera 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using?
system-gb-110430-snapshot.zip 
boot-gb-110429-snapshot-236mb.zip   

On what operating system?

Do you have logcat or dmesg ?
 (adb shell logcat > logcat.txt ^C, adb shell dmesg > dmesg.txt)

What version of the *Official LG* Firmware were before using Custom
firmware ?
(V20G, V20D, V15x, V16x etc. )
unknown, before openeve i was using open etna , I cannot remember the factory 
version.

Please provide any additional information below.

Fixed in the last system.img and boot.img
But this firmware has other bugs :(
