unable to send sms, only receive

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Unable to view/find SMS gateway
2. Unable to send SMS using Messaging, Handcent or GoSMS
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Just says Message Not Sent

What version of the product are you using?
system-gb-110430-snapshot.zip

On what operating system?
boot-gb-110429-snapshot-236mb.zip

Do you have logcat or dmesg ?
 (adb shell logcat > logcat.txt ^C, adb shell dmesg > dmesg.txt)

What version of the *Official LG* Firmware were before using Custom
firmware ?
(V20G, V20D, V15x, V16x etc. )

Please provide any additional information below.

SMS/MMS is works perfectly in Korea / V20G firmware / network provider: KT

SMS works perfectly here in Germany / firmware? FIRMWARE??? since i flashed to 
OpenEve there is only this fucking word UNKNOWN! / network provider: EPlus
I don't think that i have a 128k SIM.

SMS dont work in Ecuador / firmware V10d and V10H. Network provider America 
movil.

2.6.32.9-OpenEVE-v1.1-SVN, cpu info ARMv6-compatible processor rev 2 (bl6), mem 
53 / 186 (avail/tot), Mod version: OpenEve/cyanogenMod-7.0, compilation number: 
GRH78C.

This version is great.

so Please use newest GB snapshot before bug report again :)

Tried everything I could with settings and system and boot flashing. Tried 
another sim to see if msg-ing works. It did! Went to change my sim now problem 
solved.
