How to make a new ROM and boot

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. this is not a issue, out of curiosity i wanted to learn.

I am not a developer, but i have some knowledge about computers.
I am extremely happy that you can develop a custom ROM for GW620 from cyanogen 
MOD.

I wanted to learn this.? 

If you can guide me, i will surely contribute technically for this forum.

you mean just boot.img and system.img ?

why don't you try to build CyanogenMod ?

or you can use "mkbootfs / mkbootimg" if you want to make/modify just boot.img.

make a whole firmware like as V20G.kdz etc. is very different/difficult things.
some parts are known but others are not.

a KDZ firmware file can be extracted with "DZDecrypt.exe" or reassembled by 
"DZCreate.exe"

System.mbn / Ramdisk*mbn is encrypted with unknown checksum method.
but it is known that these System/Ramdisk*.mbn can be decrypted by unmbn (or 
unyaffsmbn)

fastboot bootloader is "appsboot.mbn" and there is some opensources exist for 
it.
