add YES/NO option before dialing a phone #

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. dial a phone #

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It would be great if you can add an option that asks you to confirm if you want 
to dial the number. This WILL prevent ghost dialing.

What version of the product are you using?

I like security toys like UAC or this dialer prevention (:
and no app should click automatically on yes or would need SU rights.
we could secure it with a password instead of yes or no buttons. :D
I am so crazy. :P

I think this is a very important feature to have for ANY phone.
At some point our phones pocket dialed and well...
