i installed original 1.5 cupcake v10h #99

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.i installed original 1.5 cupcake  v10h  and it for american user but i am 
egyptian and need egypt version and i did not make back up so please help 
because i have to go waranty because i have screen error to fix and i do not 
know which verion is right for me so if there is any egyptian user please send 
me your backup i would appericate
