Serial binding enhancement with port configuration and input transformation

1. Feature Description
Enhance serial binding with baudrate and port configuration plus input 
transformation using regular expression and xslt (like http binding)

2. Example Use Case

sItem { serial="COM7:57600,N,8,1:REGEX((.*))" }

same syntax for xslt
