systeminfo binding not running on ARM architecture

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Any installation on a ARM based system

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected systeminformation is not read and displayed.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

openhab 1.3.0 stable on raspbian wheezy.

Please provide any additional information below.

The link in wiki does not include libs for ARM.
It is even not completely clear, where to copy the libs.
Wherer should openab/lib be???

The default SIGAR distribution unfortunately does not include agents for ARM 
based systems (see https://support.hyperic.com/display/SIGAR/Home for supported 
systems). Anyhow there are users who managed to build an agent for ARM systems 
(see https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/jmeter-plugins/0vLe6z0OQYw). The 
Wiki-page is updated to make things clearer.
