Drag-and-drop, multiple image file uploads #128

In as much detail as possible, please describe what you would like to see.

Currently, images are uploaded into Oppia explorations a single image at a 
time, and only through the file selection interface. 

However, if you already have all the images you want for your exploration, it 
can take a long time to upload them individually.

Furthermore, there are multiple interfaces for uploading files by dragging and 
dropping the files right into the browser window, which would make it easier to 
upload multiple images at a time.
