Improve the state graph visualization #371

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create an exploration.
2. Look at its state graph visualization.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

There are various UI improvements that could be made (suggested by Amit):

(a) The rectangles should be smaller in the mini-map. The current size seems to 
be 34.56 x 113.4; suggest 26 x 100 instead.

(b) The arrowheads look comically large when the arrows themselves are short. 
It would be nice to make the arrowheads smaller overall.

Hi Shantanu, maybe you could look at (b)? Still not sure about (a), may need 
some design input + iteration.

De-assigning this issue, since it is likely to become obsolete with the 
upcoming redesign of the editor view.
