no detail os which project you will be deleting on confirm delete page #143

1. go to http://daas-5.ords.ox.ac.uk:8080/ordsFrontEnd/index.jsp when logged in 
as a user with projects
2. click' delete project' for a project
2. the confirm page doesn't tell you what project you are deleting

please can we change the first sentence to say:

 Are you sure you want to delete the project <strong>projectname</strong>?
