Can't save queries

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Define and run a successful query
2. click 'save query results as dataset'
3. Be sent to the list of saved queries, where you can see 'Please enter a name 
for the view' in the message bar, but no form to complete and submit.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
clicking 'save query results as dataset' should send the user to the dataset 
form, not to the (empty) list of saved queries.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
