What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a query on Simona's massive 'migration' table
2. Try exporting all 607357 records as a .csv file
3. Get an error message from the system:
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to
complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, sysdev@it.ox.ac.uk and inform them of
the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have
caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should either work, or an error message should appear specifying a maximum
number of records that can be exported as .csv (under normal circumstances)
