Create New Project form formatting has gone awry

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Log in to ORDS
2. Click 'Create a New Project'
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I've added some explanatory text to the [trailprojectexplanation] field, and 
the result seems to be that the formatting of the rest of the page has gone 
weird - the fields are all squashed up on the right-hand side of the screen, 
and in some cases you have to scroll across to see the buttons. (Also, the text 
itself is confiined within a very narrow block, which looks strange.)

After discussion with James, I'm marking this as critical - this is one of the 
first things new users will see when they start experimenting with the system.
